Larry Cruttenden
Chief Financial Officer & CPA
Larry is responsible for all financial aspects of real estate transactions, tax planning and compliance, forecasting, as well as management and financial controls. He’s been with the company since 1990.
Lisa Miller
Controller & CPA
Lisa assists with direction of general accounting transactions and maintains the general ledger and job costing system to ensure reliable financial statement preparation. She’s been with the company since 2003.
Melinie Cappello
Accounts Payable & Property Accountant
Melinie is responsible for accounts payable and assists with account reconciliation and maintaining tenant lease accounting records. |

Mike is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations, lease administration, tenant relations and marketing for the Jade Pig portfolio. He’s a licensed real estate agent and has been with the company since 2006.

Facilities Management & Operations
Toni is responsible for property management, lease administration, and budgeting for all properties in the Jade Pig portfolio. She's been with the company since 1990.

Jeff is responsible for the planning and direction of all construction activities including all major projects, remodeling and tenant build-outs. He’s a licensed real estate agent and builder, and holds the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has been with the company since 1997.

Lori is responsible for administrative support to principals, leasing and management operations.
